Cigar and cigarillo use were highest in Quebec, at 19% and 13%, respectively, while British Columbia and Saskatchewan also had high rates of use. Use of smokeless tobacco was also higher in Saskatchewan than any other province. Age 15-19 Similarly, among youth aged 15-19, use of other tobacco products varied by province, significantly for cigars/cigarillos and chewing tobacco/snuff (87-89) (Table 10.2). Quebec and Saskatchewan had the highest percentages of youth ever trying cigarillos, while Alberta had the highest rate of trying cigars. Saskatchewan had the highest percentage of youth who had use chewing tobacco or snuff.
